Terms and Community Rules
XVVX is operated by Techcon Solution Limited. By using XVVX you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old and use an account you are authorized to access. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed.
Running and community features
XVVX records runs and provides optional social, route-discovery, event and partner-offer features. Distance, pace, maps and live positions may be delayed or inaccurate. Use your judgment, follow local rules and choose safe routes. XVVX does not provide medical advice, emergency response or a guarantee that another runner has returned safely.
Before you publish
The following community rules apply to posts, comments, shared routes, public profile photos and other content you submit. You retain ownership of your content and give us permission to host, process, display and moderate it for your chosen app audience. You must have permission to share the photos and information you submit. Do not publish another person's private location or information without their permission.
- No sexual exploitation, pornography or sexualized content involving minors.
- No threats, harassment, hate speech, bullying or encouragement of self-harm.
- No graphic violence, illegal activity, impersonation, scams, spam or infringement of another person's rights.
- Do not bypass privacy, account restrictions, redemption rules or safety checks.
Moderation, reporting and blocking
Use Report on content or a profile to flag a problem, and Block to restrict unwanted interaction. We review reports and may restrict, remove or refuse content and suspend accounts for breaches. We aim to respond promptly; 24 hours is an internal target, not a guaranteed response time. Contact [email protected] for a content appeal. Do not use app reports in place of emergency services.
Offers and third-party services
A partner station sets the details, availability and expiry of its offers. Follow the conditions displayed for each offer; do not reuse a one-time code or share a staff PIN. XVVX does not process a partner's shop payment unless expressly shown. Demo hubs, people and runs are illustrative, not proof of a commercial partnership. Sharing to another app is your choice and is subject to that service's terms.
Account, content removal and changes
You can remove sharing or request permanent account deletion from Me. External copies are outside our control. We may change or discontinue features, and will provide notices required by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact GPS measurements or successful publication on an external social service.
Legal rights and contact
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Hong Kong law applies to these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Contact [email protected] for support, content appeals or questions.
