Delete Your XVVX Account
You can request permanent deletion in the app: Me → Delete account. Read the confirmation, then confirm deletion. If a network or provider error appears, retry or contact support; an error is not confirmation that deletion completed.
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] with the subject “XVVX account deletion request”, using your account email where possible. If Apple Hide My Email is enabled, include the private relay email or other account reference available in your Apple settings. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Do not send a password or verification code.
What deletion covers
Deletion requests cover your account/profile, running records, uploaded content and associated social/event records. If deletion does not finish in the app or content remains accessible after a request, email support so we can investigate and complete removal. We may retain limited, minimized records required for legal obligations, security or abuse handling. Other people's downloaded copies and posts you sent to external social services must be removed there. Backup and provider-log retention may differ from active app data; we do not promise an unverified fixed period.
Removing an individual post or withdrawing a shared route does not delete your account. For more information, see the Privacy Policy or contact support.
