刪除帳戶
方法一:在 app 內提出刪除
- 開 XVVX → 右下角「我」
- 最底「刪除帳戶」
- 確認永久刪除；如失敗或仍有內容可見，請聯絡支援
In the app: Me → Delete account → confirm. If deletion does not complete, contact support.
方法二:電郵(已移除 app 的用戶)
用你登入時使用的電郵發信至 [email protected],標題「Delete my XVVX account」。我們會在 7 個工作天內刪除並回覆確認。
Email us from the address you signed up with; we delete within 7 working days and confirm by reply.
會刪除甚麼 · What gets deleted
- XVVX 帳戶及登入資料
- 暱稱、頭像、個人資料
- 所有跑步路線及統計
- 好友關係、跑團、加油、活動報名、獎賞紀錄
- 裝置及使用數據
匿名化的總計數(例如「本月總公里數」)不含任何個人資料,會保留。備份及服務商紀錄的保存期限可能與 app 內資料不同。
